Organization Announcement

We are pleased to announce several important changes to the management team of Unicity International, Inc. These changes take effect immediately.

Aaron J. Webber has decided to leave the company in order spend more time with his family and pursue personal interests. Unicity International would like to thank Mr. Webber for his significant contribution over the past nine years and his leadership and direction as co-CEO of Unicity for the past two and a half years. Mr. Webber will continue as an exclusive consultant for Unicity on international matters and as a shareholder of the company.

G. Paulo Bangerter will continue to serve as Chairman of Unicity and will have specific oversight for regulatory and legal affairs. He continues as a shareholder of the company.

Stewart F. Hughes, who was President of Unicity, has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer. As CEO he has overall responsibility for the company on a global basis. Mr. Hughes brings a unique perspective and combination of business expertise with hands-on distributor expertise as the company's former top distributor.

Curtis Hedges, who has been the Chief Financial Officer of Unicity, is now President and reports to Mr. Hughes. Human Resources, Legal, and the General Managers of all markets will report directly to Mr. Hedges.

Brent Morrill continues as Chief Operating Officer and also reports to Mr. Hedges. He has responsibility for Operations and Information Technology. Additionally, Mr. Morrill has assumed responsibility for Finance and Marketing.

Nate Tolman, who has been the Corporate Controller, has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer and reports to Mr. Morrill.

These changes serve to simplify, strengthen, and focus our organization.

We are excited about the future of Unicity International. 2006 will be remarkable as we continue to grow our business and focus on our unique message and mission.
