Unicity Names New President

Orem, Utah (April 20, 2005) Unicity International Inc. announced today that Stewart Hughes has agreed to join the company as President effective May 1, 2005. "Stewart has become one of the most successful distributors in the network marketing industry. His distributor organization with Unicity has been built with integrity and vision and has stood the test of time. We are delighted that he has responded to our request to join the Unicity executive team," observed Aaron Webber, Vice Chairman and co-CEO of Unicity International, Inc.

Hughes began his association with network marketing after a successful career as Vice President and Financial Management Advisor with a member firm of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He joined Rexall Showcase in 1991, which later merged with Enrich to become Unicity International.
