Bios Life Shake it Up New York Convention immersed Bios Life Franchise
Owners in business building training, medical instruction, a powerful
new compensation plan, business success system, and product strategy
already being hailed as the industry's best.
Bios Life Franchise Owners from all over world converged at the Marriott
New York Marquis in Times Square—right in the heart of New York City.
Convention attendees gathered from the United States, Canada, Mexico,
Venezuela, Columbia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Germany,
and Sweden.

Associate Training
Associate
Training was Standing Room Only as Bios Life Franchise Owners learned
the latest tips and advice from the most successful franchise owners
around. Topics ranged from setting goals and building customer relationships,
to how to promote you and your business in 30 seconds or less
Business
Opportunity Meeting
This is the meeting that got your heart pumping and set the tone for
the entire convention. Unicity leaders and top franchise owners shared
their personal success stories and offered advice and motivation for
attendees from the newest prospects to the most experienced Bios Life
Franchise Owners.

Corporate
Party/Reception
Attendees were treated to an evening of music, dance, drinks, food,
and a special appearance from none other than Old Blue Eyes himself.

Shake
It Up! Cardio Hour
Fitness trainer Alberto Munoz led a roomful of early-risers
to an hour of kick-boxing and strength training.
Opening
Session
Attendees were welcomed by New York street music and dancing The audience
cheered the Franchise Owner rank advancers and were addressed by Presidential
Sapphire Ignacio Santoyo and Stewart Hughes, Unicity
Chief Executive Officer.
Unicity
is honored to have awarded this special Kenneth
Pontious Exemplary Achievement Award to Mary Lou Wilson
in the New York Convention of the Americas on August 11, 2006.

Lunch
Breakouts
Franchise Owners enjoyed working lunches that focused on Relationship
Marketing and Women, Tax Strategies for Independent Business Owners,
and Marketing to the Latino population.
Bios
Life Medical Symposium
Unicity Chief Science Officer Dr. Peter Verdegem facilitated as members
of Unicity’s Medical Advisory Board and other medical professionals
presented the latest clinical results about Bios Life and its effect
on cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

5K Run & Walk
Bios Life Franchise Owners converged pre-dawn on a quiet Central Park
in order to raise money and awareness for the Morgan Stanley Children’s
Hospital of New York.

Discussion
Unicity Chief Executive Officer, Stewart Hughes and Unicity Chief
Operating Officer Brent Morrill, presented the new compensation plan
and the new Preferred Customer Program.
Leadership
Sessions
Bios Life Franchise Owners divide into Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and
English speaking groups to discuss in-depth the new Bios Life strategies.
Closing
Session
In the closing session, Bios Life Franchise Owners and Unicity Leadership
present a check to the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital for the
money raised from the Charity 5K Run & Walk and individual contributions.
Stewart Hughes offers his closing thoughts, and Orlando, Florida
is announced as the location for next year’s Convention.
