Unicity's growth in Thailand gains momentum and press.

Bangkok, Thailand (December 17, 2004) An interview with Aaron Webber, CEO and President of Unicity International, was recently published in TIMES Leader, a leading Thailand magazine. The interview featured on the growth and success of Unicity International. As the main cover article, this interview received significant attention. Observing the expanded growth over the past six months in Thailand, the article stated, "Unicity is a fast moving company that we should keep an eye on".

Since opening Thailand in December 2002, Unicity has established a strong product offering of over 40 products and a reputation for being one of the top USA direct selling companies that is growing across Asia in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and recently announced Indonesia.

Mr. Webber was interviewed on the expanded vision and direction of Unicity in Thailand, SE Asia, and the greater China region. As a global company in over 17 countries, Unicity has built a sustainable business on sound business practices and principles. Mr. Webber shared Unicity's vision, "We have the most compelling products in the world that have literally changed lives to make them better. We have the industry's most compelling business opportunity that is authentic, sustainable, and real. We believe in our mission statement 'Make Life Better.' Everything we do is to fulfill this mission to 'Make Life Better' through our products, our business, and our foundation."

Mr. Webber emphasized Unicity's strength in unique product science, research, and clinically-proven results. "Our heritage is based upon real science, real research, and the highest quality ingredients and formularies. We know our products work and are very unique." Mr. Webber shared his vision and rationale why Unicity as a privately owned company, has the greatest growth potential of any company in Thailand and the surrounding regions, "We are building a solid foundation for growth. We did not want to grow too fast without the proper foundation of support and services. We are now in a position of significant growth due to our key investments over the past three years."

One of the main foundation ingredients for long-term success is strong local leadership (Associates) who have proven skills in training and teaching others how to be successful. One such leader is Mr. Chavit Kim, the first Thailand Business Associate who achieved the highest rank of Presidential Director. Mr. Webber stated, "Our Associates form the core basis of training and growth. Each leader creates strong "teams" that support one another in product education, business training, and unity in principles and values. Our success is based upon finding the right leaders that share in our DNA - our core values and unique approach in building long-term sustainable teams and business organizations. Mr. Kim is a perfect example of our leadership in building powerful teams based upon sound business principles and strong product education."

Also interviewed in the article was Thailand General Manager, Mr. Chakraphan Sutthatothon. "With consecutive growth, we are confident that we can definitely be successful for the long-term. We are going to have three (3) more supreme products introduced in the next two months that will significantly enhance our product offers in nutrition and dietary supplements. Our sales volumes will only increase." Mr. Sutthatothon also commented on the growth and expansion in the region, "Right now we have one (1) service center in Bangkok and are expecting this to grow. We have 10,000 members and expect this to grow significantly during 2005. We have a plan to expand our business in franchise systems. We will open new service centers called, 'Distributor Service Centers' across Thailand, with centers opening in Lampang, Khonkhaen, Pitsanuloke, Chonburi, Kanchanaburi, Ubonratchathanee, and many other locations."

"We have spent 2 years in laying a firm foundation. We are in a position of significant growth. The outlook is very, very positive. Our worldwide sales volume grew over 22% in 2004 and we expect to increase 30-35% in 2005. We foresee our sales volume doubling over the next 2-3 years.
