Over 1,200 Attendees Cheer Unicity at 2006 Korea Convention
Korea Announced as Host Country for 2008 Unicity Global Convention

Seoul, South Korea (May 20, 2006) Over more than 1,200 enthusiastic Unicity Business Associates and supporters poured into COEX Auditorium in Seoul, Korea for the 2006 Unicity Korea Convention. Stewart Hughes, Unicity CEO; Curt Hedges, Unicity President; Dr. Peter Verdegem, Unicity Chief Science Officer; and Bobby Kim, Korean Sales Director for the US were in attendance from the corporate office.

Additional attendees included 60 Associates from Japan, 20 Associates from China, and Glade Poulsen, Jeff Mack, Philip Song, Rick Jordan, Rick Peterson, and Michael Ohara from the US.

The crowd was thrilled to hear from Stewart Hughes as he spoke about the Unicity vision. Stewart was followed by Dr. Verdegem who presented the proven science of Bios Life. Curt Hedges also addressed the convention about Unicity’s Make Life Better Foundation.

The crowd went wild later in the day when Stewart announced that Korea would host the 2008 Unicity Global Convention. Representatives from the Korea Tourism Organization announced their full support for Unicity’s global event. Unicity is the first direct selling organization in Korea to earn the Korea Tourism Organization’s full support and cooperation.

The day following the convention, Dr. Verdegem was invited by the Korean Association of Individual Medicine and Nutrition to present the health benefits of fiber in general, with a special emphasis on Bios Life at the Severance Hospital in Seoul. The presentation was attended primarily by doctors who were shown how Bios Life naturally treats high cholesterol without the side effects of statin drugs.
