U.S. Nutritional Company Unicity International Funds Chinese Police Martyrs and Heroes Foundation

Orem, Utah (November 16, 2005) Unicity International has announced its sponsorship of the Chinese Police Martyrs and Heroes Foundation (the Foundation), the first-responder organization for widows and children of China's fallen police officers. The Foundation, created in 1997, relieves the financial difficulty of affected families through consolation money, student aid, solatium, and other forms of relief.

Mr. Stephen Ko, Vice President of Unicity Greater China, presented a check for HK$1,000,000 to the Foundation at the Ministry Public Security of China on November 8, 2005. "Of all ways we could to give back to our China community," says Mr. Ko, "this opportunity aligns with our company mission to 'Make Life Better' for people throughout the world. We feel honored to be a part of supporting the loved ones of heroes who have given their lives in the service of their communities."

According to Mr. Mingshan Sun, the Foundation's Chairman, the two organizations have already discussed extending the one year sponsorship agreement indefinitely. "We are pleased with Unicity's support in providing financial resources for our many affected families," says Mr. Sun, "and we look forward to developing a long-term relationship."

Since its establishment, the Foundation has supported over 4,000 families with more than RMB$15,000,000. The Foundation will also sponsor and organize many large scale activities intended to motivate the growth of China's police force.
