Unicity International Launches Hong Kong 'Unicity Direct'
New Program Will Replace Hong Kong Not for Resale

OREM, UT (January 10, 2006) Unicity International announced last week the launch of its new "Unicity Direct" program for Hong Kong. The program will go into effect February 1, 2006, and provides Associates the ability to purchase for personal use only many of Unicity's products not currently offered or approved for sale in that market.

The new Unicity Direct program replaces the current Hong Kong Not for Resale program and is the most comprehensive approach to the "Not for Resale" market Unicity has ever created. In conjunction with revised and redefined policies and procedures, the program has simplified the product offering and created opportunity for more leaders to set up their own Customer Pick-Up Centers to manage downline orders.

According to Aaron Webber, CEO of Unicity International, the company pioneered the 'Not for Resale' business strategy in the direct selling industry. "We are pleased to take this proven method of servicing Associates to a new level with the introduction of Unicity Direct in Hong Kong," says Webber. "Unicity Direct will be a key part of an ongoing strategy to better serve the needs of our Associates and will help meet the increasing demand for our products in the Greater China region."

A variety of support documents have been developed to help Hong Kong Associates become familiar with the program, including:

• A detailed explanation of program policies and procedures (English and Chinese| )
• An application to establish a new Customer Pick-up Center
• An order form listing Unicity products that are available to Hong Kong Associates through Unicity Direct
