Unicity Completes Relocation of Fulfillment Operations to Utah

Orem, Utah (August 15, 2005) Unicity International Inc., a multi-national heath, nutrition and education company headquartered in Orem, Utah, has completed the relocation of its North America fulfillment operations from Boca Raton, Florida to the EDS Fulfillment Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. EDS, a leading global services provider, will provide fulfillment services for all of Unicity’s North America operations as well as facilitate inventory management requirements for Unicity's Asian and European operations.

"The primary objective for relocating our fulfillment operations to Utah was to improve service levels for our Associates," said Paulo Bangerter, Chairman & CEO of Unicity International. The relocation of Unicity's fulfillment operations results in a shift of about 40 full-time employment positions from Boca Raton, Florida to Salt Lake City. In addition, the relocation will have a significant impact on freight service providers in the region.
