Unicity Confirms the Purchase of Land in Zhongshan, China

Hong Kong, China (December 9, 2005) — Unicity earlier announced a series of China market developments, including the purchase of land in the city of Zhongshan, located in the Guangdong province of China. The land is being used for the establishment of Unicity manufacturing facilities, built according to GMP requirements. At this stage the factory is still under preparation and is not open for visits. Further announcements will be made about this factory at a later date.
